PartyBank is an event organizing and ticketing platform that is all abbout enhancing the way events like parties, festivals, concerts, and large gatherings are organized and experienced. Partybank as a platform uses cutting-edge technology to simplify the entire event process—making it easier for organizers to plan, manage, and promote their events, while giving attendees a seamless and enjoyable ticket-buying experience. The design strategy for PartyBank’s platform redesign was crafted to deliver a user-centered, accessible, and visually compelling experience that would strengthen the platform’s competitive position and foster user engagement. My approach focused on aligning PartyBank’s core values with user needs, leveraging insights from competitive analysis, and adopting best practices in UX/UI design.

The PartyBank redesign prioritized a simplified, intuitive navigation flow to make the platform accessible and efficient for both ticket buyers to see latest events at various states/locations and event organizers to be able to create events and also create tickets for each events. Our goal was to create a frictionless experience that allows users to focus on their goals—whether that’s purchasing tickets or organizing events.
