Overview: Lightweight, high-impact system to surface, vet, and match sales talent to hiring companies faster—reducing friction in the go-to-market hiring funnel. I delivered a focused MVP that turned manual recruiting overhead into an automated, transparent matching experience.
Creative process & problem solved: I began with stakeholder interviews to codify hiring pain points, sketched the matching workflow, prioritized core features for a 2-week sprint, built and tested the MVP, then onboarded pilot user.
