Project Manager - Financial Services

Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time.

Supporting design and execution of the implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation, and solutions design.

Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new process.

Forecast, manage, and report on planned vs actual project schedule, and resource utilization.

Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster collaboration and empower the project team.

Maintain Microsoft Project Plan to ensure successful delivery of the project and associated outcomes.

Identify resources needed to complete work and collaborate with resource manager(s) to assemble appropriate skills/teams.
