Target audience: Learning & Design agencies

1. This was my first case study so I researched and developed a case study template (to use for this project and subsequent ones)

2. Read the existing case study and extracted the relevant information

3. Added the information to the case study template

4. Watch about 3 product videos related to the client case study

5. Got new information and results from the videos and added it to the template

6. Organized the template, wrote the draft, and edited

7. SubThe articlemitted for internal review

8. Once approved, I submitted it to the external publication based on their guidelines

9. The article was approved and published
