Key metrics and outcomes from our collaboration
Problem
Reselling event tickets is clunky, unsafe, and fragmented.
Fans often buy tickets for games or events but later can’t attend. Selling them on secondary markets is a frustrating experience: platforms have high fees, are hard to trust, or make it difficult to reach real fans. This leads to unused tickets, lost money, and a poor experience for both sellers and buyers. Teams and event organizers also lose control and visibility into these transactions.
Solution
A simple, trusted resale experience built for fans.
We built Offside Seats, a fan-first ticket resale platform that makes it easy to list, share, and sell tickets in minutes. With secure payments, verified listings, and a streamlined UX, fans can now buy and sell tickets with confidence. The platform also gives teams greater insight and integration potential into the resale market.
Results
A developer-friendly resale engine powering real fan communities.
Since launch, Offside Seats has facilitated thousands of safe ticket resales and significantly reduced fan friction around last-minute listings. Teams benefit from better resale data and fan engagement. The platform’s modular, API-driven backend allows fast deployment across different sports and entertainment partners.
