As a Content Writer Intern at Zema Vietnam from October 2020 to February 2021, I conducted thorough market research and analyzed emerging trends to understand customer preferences. I generated creative ideas, developed content plans, and crafted engaging posts for clients' social media platforms and websites. My effective copywriting skills helped enhance visualization and elevate brand awareness, maintaining a click-through rate (CTR) of 1.1%.
I also synthesized and designed basic images and short videos to complement the content, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing presentation. I evaluated content success by analyzing key marketing metrics, which informed future content strategies.
