With a mission to perpetuate eco-responsible values, MTL Balance Board hand-crafts balance board for people find a better balanced lifestyle (pun intended). The eCommerce sports & leisure retailer used email best practices and modern content trends, effectively improving subscribers’ experience.

PROBLEM

With a new website design in the works, MTL Balance Board needed to ensure staying on-brand. After consulting with Send That Email, we uncovered critical points that needed to be addressed.

STRATEGY

By redefining the global email marketing strategy, Send That Email applied a bottom-up approach that effectively improved engagement and brand experience.

RESULTS

The new and improved flows’ click-through rate (CTR) grew by 56% and website traffic via email increased by 30%. Overall, eCommerce revenue climbed 14%.
