PROBLEM
BFCM is one of the busiest times of the year at Silverwax. With bottlenecked warehousing logistics and ambitious sales targets in mind, email marketing activities were critical to overall business objectives. There was no room for error.
STRATEGY
To achieve success, meeting objectives meant a cross-channel coordinated effort. Send That Email collaborated with internal and external teams to generate a series of emails as part of an overall campaign that generated the highest revenue yet.
RESULTS
Flawless BFCM emails achieved an average click-rate of 3.6% and eCommerce revenue attributed to email climbed 238% during BFCM, compared to previous year.
