About the Client
Healthy Fresh Meals is a woman-owned meal-prep delivery company based in Hyattsville and in the business since 2017 and with difficulties improving his brand awareness on social media.
The Task
I was hired to develop and implement Healthy Fresh Meals’ social media strategy on Instagram, Facebook and to develop its blog to reach a broader audience. The brand has been on social media for a few years but never had a proper social media strategy to increase its audience and sales.

The first step was to understand how the brand was  positioned in the market  in order to refine it. It was important for me to draw a deep analysis that not only focused on competitors by also on the brand in itself.  Doing that, I followed the same path by analyzing the presence, the audience and brand identity. In this manner, analyzing the competition gave me a better understanding of the competitors’ strategy such as the post frequency, brand identity, audience growth…
Then, I worked on positioning the brand. As the brand has no clear identity, I first developed the brand guidelines and social media calendar for the platforms used. The idea was to clearly define the brand visual identity and to have a social media calendar using with topics aligned with the brand.
Based on multiple talks and research, I redefined the brand’s values . It was very important so that I could implement an identity that would speak to our audience.
I also worked on developing the brand’s SWOT analysis. By combining this data with the competitors’ data and launching audience surveys, I was able to extract insights to develop a strong strategy and brand history that would speak to the audience focusing on strong topics and problematics.
My next step was to develop the content strategy on social media platforms (Instagram and Meta). I relied on the guidelines and my research (trends, audience, brand) to develop a strong social media calendar using topics aligned with the brand and its audience and by posting days. 
To go further,  I also reached out to top influencers in the same industry or with equal values to create content and help the brand grow. I  successfully developed a partnership with two of the Real Housewives of Potomac and a successful Women History Month content series.
