Introduction In an era where digital convenience is paramount, a ticketing app serves as a bridge between event organizers and attendees, streamlining the process of discovering, booking, and managing tickets for concerts and events. This case study outlines the research, design process, and final solution for a ticketing app aimed at providing a seamless user experience while maximizing functionality for both users and organizers.

Problem Statement Traditional methods of purchasing event tickets, such as standing in long queues or navigating clunky websites, are time-consuming and prone to errors. Users need a hassle-free platform to explore events, purchase tickets securely, and manage bookings efficiently. Event organizers, on the other hand, require an easy-to-use system to list events, track sales, and ensure security against ticket fraud.

1. User Interviews: We conducted interviews with 15 individuals, including frequent concert-goers, casual event attendees, and organizers. Key findings included:

Many users want event reminders and digital tickets to avoid losing physical copies.

2. Competitive Analysis: We analyzed existing ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite and Ticketmaster. While these platforms offer robust features, common pain points included complicated navigation and high service fees.
