Within the first month of the product launch, the bounce rate decreased, the average session time of the Ms. Money landing page increased, and the number of unique and return users increased.
Improved accessibility
Prioritized WCAG 2.0 by adding image alt text, assessing PDFs for compliance, creating WebVTT for audio closed captions, and incorporating a style guide with appropriate color contrast.
This will improve the overall findability of this financial literacy program in the long run AND allow for any type of learner to benefit from this online learning experience.
