Provision is an AI-driven platform for pre-construction teams that analyzes complex contracts, specifications, addenda, and drawings to surface risk, obligations, and scope gaps early.

Context & Challenge
The challenge was to translate a highly technical, document-heavy product into a web experience that feels clear, credible, and immediately understandable to general contractors and subcontractors—an audience that values accuracy, risk reduction, and trust over marketing abstraction.
The goal of the website was not only to explain what Provision does, but to visually demonstrate how its AI works and why it materially improves bid accuracy, collaboration, and risk management during the pre-construction phase.
My Role & Process
I led the UX/UI design for the full website in Figma, from early research through a production-ready design system. The work included:
Conducting competitive and adjacent-space analysis across construction AI, legal tech, and document intelligence platforms
Defining the site structure and narrative flow: Hero → Problem → Solution → How It Works → Proof → Testimonials → CTA
Designing the first full website draft, starting with the General Contractors solution page
Creating detailed product visualizations to show how AI reads technical drawings, highlights risk, extracts obligations, and generates scope
Designing dedicated product pages for Risk Review, Chat Agent, and Scope Agent, each with distinct visuals while maintaining a cohesive system
Iterating on visual hierarchy, spacing, and interaction patterns to support clarity and enterprise-level credibility

Design System & Outcome
In parallel with the website, I built a scalable design system and style kit to support long-term product growth. This included:
Typography, color system, and accessibility-aware contrast
Button styles, states, and reusable UI components
Layout rules and spacing tokens
Figma variables and component libraries applied consistently across all pages
I also explored AI-assisted image generation using Flora and Fauna, iterating on visual concepts to establish a cohesive, industry-appropriate visual language that consistently supports the product narrative across the website.
AI Visuals
The project spanned approximately six weeks and resulted in a cohesive, enterprise-ready website paired with a robust design system. The final outcome clearly communicates Provision’s value proposition—helping pre-construction teams reduce risk, save time, and make more informed decisions—while establishing a strong visual and interaction foundation for future product and marketing expansion.
