I’ve always struggled with jumping between apps — email in one place, calendar in another, booking tools somewhere else. I kept wishing for a single, user-friendly platform where everything lived together and was powered by AI.
During the #FigmaMakeathon, I finally built it. With Figma Make, I prototyped an app that brings all these tools into one platform, complete with customizable backgrounds and an AI assistant that helps manage the hub. It turned a long-time idea into something real in just hours.
Features include
• All-in-one hub: email, calendar, booking, to-do lists
• AI assistant managing and syncing meetings & emails
• Customizable backgrounds for personalization
How It Works
Dashboard: See today’s tasks and meetings, plus ask the AI assistant to check schedules, find the best time for a meeting, or draft a follow-up email.
Calendar: View upcoming meetings with summaries, manage bookings, and integrate directly with scheduling tools.
To-Do: Track weekly tasks, add new items, mark them completed, or delete as needed.
Emails: Centralized inbox with summaries, booking requests, and follow-ups — all in one place.
Personalization
Users can fully customize their hub by changing the background and visuals, making it feel like their own personal workspace.
Process
Logged into Figma Make and used text prompts to generate the base design.
Iterated step by step: removed unnecessary parts, added new functions, tweaked UI elements, and adjusted the overall flow.
Refined visuals and layout, ensuring both desktop and mobile versions were smooth and intuitive.
Enhanced with AI capabilities for scheduling, summarization, and email drafting.
Try it yourself — change the background and make it yours!
