I partnered to launch the brand Archipelago, guiding it from concept to a leading furniture company with an international presence. Drawing inspiration from Swedish Scandinavian design, I created a furniture collection tailored for the Russian market, developed the creative direction, and managed production outsourcing.

I led the full design process from initial concept development to final production. This included research, mood direction, sketching, 3D modeling, material selection, technical drawings, supplier coordination, and overseeing manufacturing to ensure design integrity and quality execution.

The website features a clean, minimal aesthetic aligned with Swedish design principles, highlighting the brand’s modern furniture collection and international presence. Key pages include Home, Shop, Projects, Services, Publications, Clients, and Sales Network. The design focuses on seamless navigation, immersive visuals, and a refined user experience to showcase the collection and strengthen the brand’s identity.

SYSTEMS: SKU system, organized Dropbox, material library, price sheet, fabrication steps, Notion scopes.

BRANDING: Catalog, printing, naming, logo, concept storytelling, social media marketing materials, templates.

E-COMMERCE/UX: System for selling products, clients outreach, web design, product breakdowns, 3D visuals of product images.
