Goal: Design a role based access layer of the product to enable owners to add new roles with limited access, and control their workspace settings.

I worked with Product and Engineering teams to design a role-based access system for a landlord management app for the Azibo platform. Azibo handles major tools such as accounting, reports, rent collection, money movement, and property management. The goal was to allow landlords to delegate tasks more efficiently by introducing specific roles for Assistants, Property Managers, and Real Estate Agents. Each role would have unique permissions aligned with their responsibilities, creating a streamlined experience that minimizes confusion and keeps sensitive information secure. The project spanned user research, workflow design, service design, prototyping, UI and design system management, and strategic design of tools used for large sets of data.
