I had the opportunity to collaborate with Assemblio, a German startup spun out of Fraunhofer IPA, to help them communicate their groundbreaking AI-powered assembly planning tool through a modern, animated Webflow site.

Assemblio helps manufacturers generate assembly instructions directly from CAD models - drastically reducing time and human error. But while their technology was impressive, their old site didn’t show it. The visuals felt outdated, and the story behind their innovation got lost in technical language.

My goal was to rebuild trust through design - making their platform feel as smart and future-focused as the tech behind it.

Assemblio needed a complete redesign and rebuild that would:

Turn a complex technical product into a clear, visual story

Establish credibility with engineers and decision-makers

Launch fast - the full rebrand and Webflow site had to go live in just 2 months

Worked closely with Assemblio’s CPO, CTO, and Head of Marketing to shape the direction, build and bring it all to life in Webflow.

I handled Webflow development, component logic, and 3D animation integration, working side-by-side with an incredible team:
