Shelter is a cross-platform pet adoption app that will help people find their ideal pet from shelters and rescue organizations near them. Shelter offers users a comprehensive list of detailed information on each pet, as well as pet care and adoption resources, such as information on pet health, nutrition, and training.
The challenge
Some current challenges in pet adoption include:
Pet availability and updates are not available in real-time,
Limited information about the pets,
Complex pet adoption process.
The project goal
Create a cross-platform digital pet adoption solution that is user-friendly and intuitive so that people can find their ideal pet easily.
Design thinking process
In this project, I used the Design Thinking approach to solve this problem. To practice design thinking I followed the below process:
