SmartBank: Mobile banking simplified!

SmartBank is a fintech (banking) app that offers a range of services to individuals and businesses, such as real-time account tracking, automated budgeting tools, and the ability to make payments in multiple currencies directly from the app. SmartBank also provides users with the convenience and security they need to manage their finances in one place.

Some of the challenges that people face when sending and receiving money overseas include:

Confusion when trying to understand the exchange rates,

Lengthy wait times for receiving funds from overseas,

Concern about security in international banking.

Designing a user-friendly fintech banking app that offers transparent currency exchange information, faster fund transfers, and enhanced security features for international transactions.

Our user experience strategy is based on the Lean UX methodology, in which quick user tests are conducted after making small changes to the product.
