Full website design and build for a creative studio named "Human Design Studios". This website also includes a work showcase page. This project was a good challenge as I had to incorporate many different colours and still had to design a really good-looking minimal design!
For this project, I took on the role of a UI/UX Designer. I was also responsible for ideating designs, conducting usability tests, and applying revisions. Like every time, I started with multiple Low-Fidelity Wireframes based on the requirements.
The founders approached me to design a responsive website that showcased the services and products that they sold. Since the pandemic hit, sales have been boosting due to more people shifting online.
I moved my sketches into digital formatting and included elements and pages that were needed to reach the user's goals. I had to keep in mind that I had an existing logo that I was required to workaround. I also was constrained in some visual aspects due to HDS' need to host their website on WordPress using a builder.
HDS was a very enjoyable experience as I continued to stretch my ability to different themes of content. As a lover of art and illustration, it was lovely to be able to be working with some that were right up my alley. Here's the Final Version!
When conferencing with the founders, the point was made that the site should be light-hearted while still professional and reputable. With the content being mainly illustrative, I would also need to keep in mind that heavily photographic designs would not be appropriate for the company at the time. Here is a glimpse of some of the best sections!
