GrowSurf is a referral marketing platform that helps SaaS and businesses incentivize user sharing.

The redesign project focused purely on UI/UX design — crafting an experience that’s intuitive, trustworthy, and visually compelling.

GrowSurf’s prior design faced issues with:

Complex flow — referral mechanics, dashboards, and setup screens can get technical and confusing

Inconsistent branding — UI elements, spacing, and visual language needed coherence

User trust & clarity — users must immediately grasp how referrals work, what’s in it for them

Scalability — design needed to handle future features, dashboards, and mobile states

Led stakeholder discovery and requirements gathering

Designed user journeys and mapped key screens (landing pages, dashboard, referral setup)

Created a UI system: color palette, typography, iconography, spacing system

Delivered high-fidelity mockups for desktop & mobile

Provided design handoff assets & guidelines for dev implementation
