Betzgram is a web application designed to enhance the sports betting experience through AI-assisted predictions, community driven booking code sharing, and data-powered insights. It combines the social element of following successful bettors with intelligent tools for making informed betting decisions. Users can generate booking codes, convert codes between betting platforms, track win rates, and engage in prediction pools with real rewards.

The design team consisted of two designers collaborating closely throughout the project. My primary responsibilities focused on the development of the Community features, AI Prediction system, Creator Earnings module, Credit system, and the overall Prediction feature workflow. This involved designing user interfaces, crafting intuitive user experiences, and ensuring seamless interaction flows across these core components. My contributions were key in shaping how users engage socially, interact with AI-driven predictions, manage earnings, and utilize credits within the platform.

The creative process began with in-depth research to understand the unique needs of sports bettors and the dynamics of an interactive betting community. Given that this was a new type of platform without direct existing models, significant focus was placed on identifying user expectations and designing innovative features that combine social interaction, AI prediction, and credit management.

To meet a tight two-week timeline, paper sketch wireframes were created at the start, enabling rapid iteration and fast idea generation. This approach facilitated quick feedback loops and helped clarify concepts early. A comprehensive design system was also developed to ensure consistency across the product and unify the work of the two designers involved. Close collaboration with stakeholders and developers ensured that the final design was both practical and aligned with business goals.

The launch of the platform marked a significant milestone in delivering a comprehensive solution for football enthusiasts and bettors. Key achievements include:

User Engagement: The platform successfully attracted a growing user base interested in AI-driven predictions, community interactions, and seamless code conversions between betting platforms.

Community Building: The introduction of features like creator earnings, credit systems, and prediction pools fostered an active community of users who regularly engage with the platform's offerings.

Social Media Presence: The platform's presence on Twitter, through accounts like @betzgrams and @Betzgramhub, has been instrumental in reaching a broader audience. These accounts share updates, insights, and engage with the community, contributing to increased visibility and user engagement.

Operational Efficiency: The admin dashboard facilitated efficient management of prediction pools, user activities, and withdrawal processes, ensuring a smooth operational workflow.

Scalability: The modular design and robust infrastructure have positioned the platform for future scalability, allowing for the integration of additional features and expansion into new markets.
