Internal Team Tracking System on GoHighLevel + n8n

An internal accountability system built on GoHighLevel forms, n8n and Slack.

The problem. Daily updates lived in chat messages. There was no record of what each person committed to, no way to see yesterday against today, and the manager had to scroll a channel to work out whether anything had actually moved.

What I built. Team members submit their daily update through a GoHighLevel form — what was done, what is next, what is blocked. n8n picks up each submission, writes it to a structured record, and posts a clean daily roll-up into Slack so the whole team sees the same picture. Missing submissions are visible, which is the part that makes the habit stick.

How it is built. GoHighLevel handles intake, n8n handles the logic and routing, Slack is the surface everyone already has open. Submissions are stored rather than just posted, so the manager can look back over a period instead of only seeing today — and the whole thing runs without anyone chasing updates by hand.
