Social Media Content Factory with an Approval Gate

A social publishing system that generates platform-tailored posts and waits for a human yes before anything goes live.

The problem. Fully automatic posting is risky — one bad generated post is public before anyone sees it. Fully manual posting does not scale. The business needed volume without giving up control of what gets published.

What I built. A pipeline that drafts posts shaped for each platform — different length, different tone, different format for each one — then holds every batch at an approval step. The reviewer approves or rejects; only approved posts publish, and they publish on schedule to every connected account.

How it is built. n8n workflows with GPT-4o for the generation layer and an explicit approval gate in the middle of the flow, so nothing can reach a live account without a human decision. Rejections are logged with the reason, which is what makes the generation prompts get better over time instead of repeating the same mistake.
