WhatsApp Project Management Agent for Managers

An AI agent that runs project follow-ups over WhatsApp, built in n8n.

The problem. Managers were chasing updates by hand. Deadlines slipped quietly, because nobody noticed a task was late until someone happened to look at the board.

What I built. An agent that watches the task list and talks to the team on WhatsApp. It sends each person their own daily reminder, tracks what is due and what is overdue, and gives the manager a single morning summary of where every project stands. Replies come back into the same workflow, so a status update over WhatsApp changes the actual record.

How it is built. n8n workflows with an AI agent layer for reading and writing the messages in plain language, plus error handling and retries so a failed send is retried instead of lost. The manager gets one place to look, and the team never has to open a separate tool.
