Outbound email breaks at scale for one reason: the list. Send to unverified addresses and the sender reputation goes down, inboxes stop accepting the mail, and the campaign is dead regardless of how good the copy was.
Audience Lab is the layer in front of sending. It takes raw lead lists, processes them in batches, verifies each address, enriches the records, and only then hands clean contacts to the sending step.
How it works:
Leads arrive in batches and are stored in Supabase, so the pipeline has state and can be resumed instead of restarted.
Each address goes through verification before it is ever used; invalid and risky addresses are separated out rather than deleted, so the data is auditable.
Records are enriched with the fields the campaign actually needs for personalisation.
Duplicates and already-contacted records are filtered against history.
Processing runs in queues with retries, so a provider timeout slows the pipeline down instead of dropping the batch.
Built in n8n with a Supabase backend. The design priority was throughput with recoverability: if any stage fails, the system knows exactly where it stopped and picks up from there.
