Kept Cold — End-to-End HVAC Operations Automation

A commercial refrigeration repair business had the same problem most field-service companies have: the work was fine, the admin around it was not. Enquiries arrived by phone, email and web form. Jobs were assigned by whoever picked up. Invoices were written after the fact, and chasing payment was somebody's memory.
This build replaced that with one connected operation.
The flow:
Lead intake from every channel lands in one place, deduplicated and categorised by urgency.
Jobs are matched to the right engineer and dispatched with the details they actually need on site.
Customers get automatic confirmations and updates by SMS, so nobody calls the office to ask "is he coming?"
Invoices are generated from the completed job, not retyped from notes.
Payment status is tracked, and unpaid invoices surface on their own instead of being remembered.
Every stage has error handling and monitoring behind it. When a message fails to send or a payment webhook does not arrive, the system retries and then tells a human — it does not fail silently, which is how most automation quietly stops working after a few weeks.
Delivered with a walkthrough recording and written documentation so the team can run and adjust the system themselves.
