Trend-Driven Social Automation with Email Approval

An automation that finds what is trending, writes content around it, and publishes across platforms once it is approved by email.

The problem. Trend-led content only works if it is fast. By the time someone spots a trend, writes a post, gets it approved and schedules it, the moment has usually passed.

What I built. A pipeline that monitors trending topics in the business's niche, drafts content built around the ones that fit, and sends the batch to the owner as an email. The owner approves straight from the inbox — no new tool to log into — and approved content posts to every connected platform automatically.

How it is built. n8n workflows for trend collection, filtering and generation, with the approval step handled over email so the human part takes seconds. Each platform gets its own formatted version of the post rather than one message copy-pasted everywhere, and failures are logged and retried instead of disappearing.
