Stancia is a comprehensive web and mobile application designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and HR professionals, fostering seamless connections in the employment landscape. As the UI/UX Designer for Stancia, I played a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface, utilizing cutting-edge design tools and methodologies.

Research and Ideation:Conducted in-depth market research to understand user needs and industry trends, informing the ideation process. Collaborated with stakeholders to define the project's vision and goals.

Prototyping in Figma:Leveraged the power of Figjam and Figma to create interactive and visually appealing prototypes. These prototypes served as a dynamic representation of the Stancia platform, allowing for iterative design improvements and stakeholder feedback.

User Testing:Implemented user testing strategies to gather valuable insights and refine the user experience. Incorporated user feedback into the design process, ensuring a user-centric and intuitive interface.

Documentation:Developed comprehensive documentation for seamless developer handoff, providing detailed design specifications, guidelines, and assets. This facilitated a smooth transition from design to development, minimizing errors and ensuring accurate implementation.
