Digital and Print Architectural Theory Zine

A digital and print architectural theory zine, IS THIS A DREAM, that includes original essays from architecture seniors from the University of Florida.

This is a digital and physical zine that includes original essays created by 4th year students from the University of Florida School of Architecture. All the graphic designs, ads, and illustrations are original work created by our Editor-in-Chief, Valentina Galbusera. The zine explores topics in architectural theory that revolve around the city and intimate spaces such as the house. The goal of this periodical is to share the perspectives of our classmates and encourage others to look at architecture and their city from a surreal lens. To inspire the public to find the emotion behind architecture; the intimacy, memories, and references that we associate with space rather than its tangible characteristics.

I am very proud to announce as well, that the IS THIS A DREAM Zine won the Fall 2021 Architectural Theory 2 Zine Publication Scholarship and our group is awarded $200 to produce 100 physical copies to be distributed in the UF DCP community.
