At Verizon, I was responsible for designing new user setup flows for new, unreleased devices, which included using Augmented Reality to facilitate user setup. I also needed to adhere to Verizon guidelines and use the design system in place.

I conducted designQA checks to deliver high aesthetic appearance and usability standards, ensuring the mobile app designs were both visually appealing and easy to use for customers.

One of my key responsibilities was mapping out new user flows for mobile applications for multitudes of different edge cases. This involved using data from the UX Research team, to understand customer needs and then translating those needs into user-friendly designs that met business objectives. I also needed to take into account how users used Augmented Reality in their homes and make sure that different edge cases were accounted for.
Throughout the design process, I provided feedback and solutions to key stakeholders, managing expectations and giving strategic objectives to ensure the product design met business needs while also providing an optimal user experience for customers.
