Marriott Legal Design Refresh

During my time as a Senior Product Designer on Marriott's design team, I had the opportunity to lead website redesigns for several departments. These redesigns were focused on delivering user-centric solutions while implementing the company's new design system in Sketch.

One of my key responsibilities was effectively communicating design choices to stakeholders and presenting solutions in a way that gained buy-in and drove project success. Through this process, I was able to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure that their needs were being met while still adhering to design principles.

In addition to leading redesigns and communicating design choices, I also created and optimized the Information Architecture (IA) for multiple Marriott websites. This included developing site maps and wireframes that improved user experience and site functionality. By taking a thoughtful and strategic approach to IA, I was able to ensure that users could easily navigate Marriott's sites and find the information they needed.

By collaborating with stakeholders, adhering to design principles, and optimizing IA, I was able to deliver effective and user-centric solutions for various departments at Marriott.
