Ennabl, Building the all-in-one Insurance Platform

Ennabl is a cost-effective solution for insurance brokers that streamlines client acquisition and servicing processes. Our platform helps insurance professionals understand customers' needs and provide superior solutions. Here are some key takeaways and features of the project:

The goal was to create a user-friendly interface that would be easy to navigate and understand for high-net-worth individuals and their clients.

The main challenge was creating a system that would integrate with their data or other systems and provide customers with an analytical dashboard to help them track the progress of their business.

My responsibilities included building a scalable and reusable design system, creating high-fidelity wireframes, conducting user research, and incorporating feedback into day-to-day decision-making. I led the design process while maintaining a close collaboration with the engineering team to ensure that the design system was aligned with engineering requirements.

I relied on strategy and research to create innovative and effective designs to overcome the challenges.

The design system was created inside of Figma, with major components separated by pages and documented as much as possible. I implemented design tokens to ensure consistency across the platform and facilitate system-wide changes. The design system led to more consistent designs across the board and allowed for the rapid creation of pages.

A newly formed design language was eventually created for ennabl, and the design system became an ever-growing organism.
