Redesigning an enterprise authentication platform to simplify analytics, complex workflows, page creation and account security for global partner brands.
Making enterprise complexity easier to navigate
Cypheme's Enterprise Admin Platform helps brands manage authenticated products, monitor global scan activity and control the customer experiences shown after verification.
The platform was functional, but years of evolving requirements had created a fragmented experience: analytics were difficult to interpret quickly, workflows had become complex, terminology wasn't always clear for international and non-technical users, and different customers required very different levels of configuration.
My Role
End-to-End Product Designer
I led the redesign across product discovery, information architecture, UX, interaction design, UX writing, UI, prototyping, design systems and implementation support—working directly with leadership, developers and partner stakeholders.
Designing around what users actually needed
Research showed that users didn't necessarily need more information. They needed the important information to become easier to find and understand.
I reorganized the dashboard around immediate KPIs and clearer geographic analytics, reducing the amount of exploration required to understand product activity.
One platform, very different customers
Partner brands needed completely different verification experiences—from simple redirects to rich branded product pages.
Instead of forcing everyone through the same workflow, I designed a flexible page builder that supported different levels of configuration and introduced a live mobile preview, allowing non-technical teams to see the customer experience while building it.
Designing security as a product experience
As enterprise security requirements evolved, I also designed the authentication and 2FA experience across SMS, email and authenticator-app verification—including loading, failure, resend, recovery and confirmation states.
Building for scale
Reusable patterns across dashboards, tables, filters, forms, authentication, page builders and navigation created a design foundation that could support new features without introducing another layer of inconsistency.
Outcome
The redesign moved Cypheme from a legacy admin interface toward a clearer and more scalable enterprise SaaS experience—making analytics easier to understand, configuration more flexible, customer-facing experiences easier to create, and security workflows more robust.
