QRCL Community, Security and Estate Management Platform
QRCL started as a QR-based estate management platform and my role quickly grew beyond the original scope. I owned the entire system architecture and user flows across four distinct applications: Resident, Sub-Resident, Security Scanning, and Admin/Super Admin.
Before designing a single screen, I built a detailed design system and component library, then hosted design builds on a local server and published to Vercel giving developers a live reference to work from for API integration and functionality. This let the team move faster without waiting on static handoffs.
Partway through, I noticed the original brief didn't account for a gap in how residents and landlords needed to interact so I independently scoped, designed, and shipped an entirely new sub-application with no existing PRD, taking full ownership from concept to execution.
I still work across QRCL today product, brand, marketing, and motion as the platform continues to grow.
