Sweemee Design System & Brand Development

I joined Sweemee (formerly Swee) as founding designer before a design system, brand identity, or clear product direction existed. That meant every early decision from the shape of the logo to the structure of core user flows ran through me.

I owned end-to-end interaction design across web and mobile, designing key features including the Blog section, advanced Content Creation tools, an Offline Reader, and an SMS-connected messaging system. I built the atomic design system and component library from scratch, so every feature after that point could be designed and shipped faster and more consistently.

Beyond product, I shaped the brand's visual identity typography, color, tone and brought subtle motion into the interface as core interaction logic, not decoration layered on at the end. I also extended the same visual language into marketing design, aligning acquisition assets with the actual in-product experience.

Being the founding designer meant there was no existing system to lean on. Every gap I found, I closed myself.
