Aesthetic Doctor Website + Funnel System

Two doctors, three distinct web experiences

This project brings together a clinic website and two campaign funnels I designed and built for Australian doctors. Dr Marie-Claire's marketing website is the lead property. Dr Marion Chan's breast-reduction and Motiva pages are separate campaign experiences under her own practice and domains.
Each property needed a clear purpose. The clinic website introduces a practitioner and her approach to aesthetic medicine. The campaign pages give visitors focused information about a particular area of interest and a way to request contact from the practice.

Starting with the right information

I structured the pages around what a visitor needs to understand before making an enquiry: who the practitioner is, what the page covers, what the process involves, and where to go next. The presentation needed to feel considered while keeping the distinction between general information and individual clinical advice clear.
For Dr Marie-Claire, the content starts with her philosophy and professional background before introducing treatment categories and the first-appointment process. For Dr Marion, clinician-supplied material forms the spine of the campaign pages, with supporting references and risk information retained alongside it.

A visual identity for Dr Marie-Claire

Dr Marie-Claire wanted a distinctive, science-first identity with an editorial feel. I translated that direction into an olive and ivory palette with gold accents, a fine-line bee mark, and carefully spaced typography. The colour system gives the practice its own character while leaving the text and practitioner imagery easy to read.
The website extends that identity across its introduction, philosophy, biography, treatment information, and common questions. The consistent type hierarchy and spacing help connect those sections. Her professional background has a visible place in the experience, with the design supporting the information rather than overwhelming it.

A clinic website with a readable journey

I organised the clinic site so visitors can move from an introduction to more detailed information at their own pace. Short section headings make the page easy to scan, while longer text explains the approach and appointment process.
The public treatment descriptions remain general, with notices about risk and variation in results. Individual treatment decisions belong in a consultation. The work showcased here is the public marketing website and its visual system, including responsive layouts and the presentation of practitioner and service information.

Focused campaign pages for Dr Marion

The breast-reduction and Motiva pages have a narrower job than a full clinic website. I built each around its own topic and enquiry path while preserving Dr Marion's visual identity. The breast-reduction page uses her supplied copy, supporting references, practitioner identification, and risk notices.
The Motiva page uses a separate register-interest flow. Its content explains the role of consultation and keeps an enquiry distinct from a suitability decision. Both pages let visitors reach the relevant information directly, with a clear form destination instead of requiring them to search through a broader practice site.
Dr Marion Chan’s breast-reduction page gives the enquiry form a clear place in the page hierarchy.

Designing the enquiry handoff

I treated the forms as part of the page design. Both Dr Marion funnels require consent to be contacted and keep optional marketing consent separate. A completed, consented submission is stored for practice follow-up, giving the enquiry a defined destination after the visitor finishes the form.
The clinic marketing site uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Dr Marion's campaign funnels use Next.js and TypeScript, with the properties deployed on Vercel. A later Replit comparison study explored how to present the clinic and funnel layouts together in this portfolio.

What shipped

The finished work consists of three public properties with distinct roles: a branded clinic website for Dr Marie-Claire and two focused enquiry funnels for Dr Marion. Each has its own content hierarchy, responsive presentation, and visual relationship to the practitioner it represents.
The case shows how I connected brand identity, page design, and implementation across a broad clinic introduction and more focused campaign destinations. The outcome is the delivered web experience, with clinical assessment remaining with the respective practices.
