From 2019-2020 I worked as a Social Media Assistant for Ball State University's Marketing and Communications Division. Throughout my time there I worked on a diverse range of tasks.
• Managed all official Ball State University social media platforms
• Implemented marketing strategies and campaigns across social media channels
• Developed strategic plans for social media initiatives
• Designed graphic, animation, and video content for social media
• Used research and analysis to inform social media decisions
• Created analytics reports and used social media listening
• Helped to manage strategic communications through social media for COVID-19 in the spring 2020 semester
• Wrote articles for the Ball State University Magazine
• Assisted in production for university commercials and billboards
