Streamline Form and Workflows for Change Advisory Board process

Using the Freshservice solution portal, redesign the Change Management process, for automated approval process notifications and streamlined workflows. Once the new workflows were approved, the implementation consisted of:

- Modifications in the user forms

- Configuration changes to the impacted workflows

- Email notification setup for approval/ rejection of requests
