Data migration from legacy system

Historic and current IT asset data (servers, laptops..) needed to be migrated from a legacy system to the current Service Management platform.
Steps involved:
- Audit legacy data and data model
- Work with technical teams for data clean up
- Facilitate user session for end data models
- Review solution and involved configuration in new Service Management solution tool
- Data mapping
- Configure sandbox for new forms, data entries and workflows to test solution
- User acceptance testing session
- Deployment
- Facilitate the Post Implementation Sign Off session with stakeholders

After initial data cleanup, created a mapping from the legacy system to a new configured Asset framework in Freshservice for all hardware elements.
