BrightEdge Media struggled with missed follow ups after deals advanced in Pipedrive. I built an automation that triggers when a deal stage is updated automatically sending data to Google Forms for campaign intake and scheduling client meetings in Google Calendar. This streamlined their deal to meeting process and improved lead response speed dramatically.
Automated deal stage to meeting booking in one flow, so no deal sits waiting for someone to remember to schedule the next step
Eliminated manual scheduling between Pipedrive and Google Calendar, removing the gap where leads used to go cold between stages
Intake data sent to Google Forms automatically on deal progression, meaning the team has everything they need before the meeting even starts
