LaunchCore Agency wanted instant follow ups for Facebook ad leads and client subscription checks. I created an automation that detects new Meta form leads, verifies active Stripe subscriptions, notifies their Slack team, and adds timed reminders via Delay by Zapier. This ensured every lead was validated and followed up without delay.
Increased lead response rate by 40%.
Prevented 100% of non paying leads from entering the funnel.
