The purpose of the Google Business Profile Optimization Report is mainly transparency. It shows all updates made to the business owners GBP.

Q&As is being discontinued from the Google Business Profile in November of 2025. However, adding questions on your website is a great way to connect a users search intent with your business. Adding these to your website is a great way to reach users.
