The Easter Menu was designed as a seasonal promotion showcasing NOVOTELS BOULEVARD BRASSERIE & BAR’s premium dining experience in a clear and elegant format. Across multiple iterations, the layout was refined to highlight the indulgent Seafood Easter Tower and Easter Grill add-ons while maintaining readability and festive appeal. Careful attention was given to hierarchy, pricing clarity, and consistent tone, ensuring the design felt both celebratory and professional. The final menu balances functionality with sophistication, enticing guests with a festive offering that aligns seamlessly with the brand’s high-end hospitality standards.
