Financial Planning Institute is a professional body for Financial planners in South Africa. The company was awarded a project to run the FAIS Board Exams.

* Data Capturing of member’s details on their membership profiles and any updates in their profession.
* Updating members profiles.
* Inviting and loading new members in the financial industry.
* Ordering of certificates for certificates for members/candidates who passed the board exams.
* Printing and distributing certificates to members.
* Invoicing members and corporates for their membership to be paid and activated.
* Loading Application Forms for new members on the membership database.
* Screening calls for all Staff members as the membership department is a one-stop shop.
* Generating membership cards for all new members.
* Desktop support for members experiencing problems with the website.
* Debt collecting from members and corporates that have outstanding payments.
* Host conventions and Inductions for all members of the FPI.
* Filing manually and electronically.
I then got promoted to become an Exam Administrator and the responsibilities were:
* Booking/Organizing of venues for FAIS exams nationwide.
* Receiving invoices and preparing payments for the venues booked nationwide.
* Setting dates, times, and regions for FAIS exams.
* Preparing exam papers.
* Packaging and couriering the exam papers to the invigilators assigned by the coordinator.
* Desktop support for candidates who want to use the online support.
* Updating the web registrations.
I got promoted again to become an Exam Coordinator and the responsibilities were:
* Booking/Organizing of venues for FAIS exams nationwide.
* Registering candidates from co-operate clients as well as individual candidates.
* Invoicing the registered candidates and cooperating.
* Appointing and training new invigilators.
* Sourcing and assigning invigilators to their respective invigilation sessions.
* Managing the sourcing out of exam papers to the assigned invigilators.
* Managing deliveries of exams from invigilators to the sitting of the exam session.
* Payments of venues that were booked for the exams and Invigilators who were assigned.
* Managing the filing system of the examination processes and the administration.
* Direct consulting with other coordinators from the co-operate clients.
* Managing the certification process done by the administrators.
* Difficult client support and servicing.
