Vivo is one of the largest telecommunications companies in Brazil. Vivo Shopping is the company's bet to enter the market for online sales of various products, not just devices.
In this project I participated in all phases of the design sprint, working together with Product Owners and the business team. The proposal was an online store that didn't stray too far from the company's branding but at the same time had a retail appeal.
After the store was launched, the profit target for the first 6 months was reached in the first quarter, consolidating the store as one of the largest online stores in the country.
