Vivo Total is a fiber optic telephony + Internet plan from Vivo Telecom. It is a new product that combines the services offered by the company in a single combo.
The objective was that the process of contracting and scheduling fiber installation could be done entirely online. Another intention was to offer the possibility of contracting extra services during the stages of the flow, generating more value for the company.
