Mobile App & Site Redesign

The Smiles Program is a frequent flyer program operated by the Brazilian airline Gol. The project consisted of a total redesign of the existing product in order to improve usability.

In this project, I started working together with the business team to understand all the legal and business rules, which was very important to avoid rework at the interface stage. Having defined the flow, I worked on the screens, using a design system already prepared for an optimized and agile delivery.

The final result was considered good by the customer as it reduces the number of dropouts along with the purchase flow.
