Unified Church Activity Platform (Lovable + Supabase)
Overview
This project delivers a unified digital platform that helps churches track, manage, and understand member and pastor activities at scale across teaching, service participation, attendance, first-timers, evangelism, assignments, and member history.
The product is being built with Lovable for fast, high-quality UI/UX execution, and powered by Supabase for a secure, scalable backend. The platform includes a dedicated Admin side for Cell Leaders, Pastors, and Church Admins to oversee activity reporting, accuracy, and growth insights.
Problem / Need
Church activity tracking is often fragmented across paper registers, spreadsheets, WhatsApp updates, and multiple tools. This leads to:
Incomplete attendance visibility (especially across special services and cell meetings)
Poor tracking of first-timers and follow-up workflows
Inconsistent documentation of evangelism efforts and outcomes
Assignment submissions and learning participation being hard to measure
Limited historical data to support pastoral care and growth decisions
