About the client
The Cochrane Tourism Association (CTA) is the Destination Management Organization (DMO) for Cochrane Alberta and surrounding areas. With support from the Town of Cochrane, Travel Alberta, and our tourism partners, CTA implements a community-centred destination strategy designed to develop exceptional experiences in Alberta area and promote the destination and tourism partners to visitors.

The challenge
Design a modern and attractive website, which will give an unforgettable experience to the users and will attract them to visit Alberta, showing them at the same time what the region has to offer.

Solution
Using the client branding, the design started with the website architecture and high-fildelity wireframes in an attempt to provide the best experience for users. The solution found was to include from the very first page, all the options a tourist has and can easily choose from.
The use of real pictures is a plus for users to get an idea of what to expect from the places they are going to visit and easily map out a route.
