E-commerce Loyalty Platform - UX/UI Design
A responsive web and mobile platform connecting stores and customers through personalized rewards, loyalty programs, and subscription-based features. I designed the full experience from structure to final UI, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and smooth cross-device use.
My role: UX/UI Designer - user flows, wireframes, information architecture, visual system, and high-fidelity UI.
What I delivered: complete customer and admin journeys, subscription management flows, analytics dashboards, and a cohesive design system.
Outcome: a scalable, intuitive platform that improves customer engagement and simplifies reward management for both users and administrators.
